Happy Friday Maniacs. Let's kick off the weekend with something local and heavy!

To punctuate the conclusion of The Lightbearer And The Shadow Marker album cycle, Sydney mosh-starters We May Fall today release the official video for In Love, the third single from the groups sophomore album. Scroll down to watch the official live music video now!

Featuring footage from their performance as main support for heavy juggernauts Arch Enemy during their sold-out Sydney show at the iconic Manning Bar, intertwined with endearing and personal moments with the band, In Love is a visual hybrid of the intimate and the expansive.

“We really feel like this song encapsulates so much.” says vocalist JJ Brady of In Love, “On the surface it can it come of as a heavy love song, but if you apply it to other aspects of life then it can mean just as much.”

“I think on the deeper level it’s actually a love note to the music we love to play and to the people who have enjoyed it so far, I think it’s fitting that we did the live video for it in that regard.”

To achieve such visuals, the band teamed up with regular partner in crime, videographer Ben Kalgovas.

Produced internally by We May Fall guitarist and studio-dweller Tye ‘T-Bones’ Pennington, The Lightbearer And The Shadow Marker was an ambitious labour of love. Opening the floor to all members ideas, penchants and sensibilities, TLATSM was a tapestry of sounds and energies and ultimately, a worthy submission of Synthcore.

Now, the band looks to expand on their sonic universe even further. And all those who consider themselves ‘peers’ should be rightfully nervous.
